* In order to enroll in MCU Online Banking, you will need your MCU Member Number, ATM Debit or Check Card and PIN. You will be prompted to set up a User ID and Password. Your Member Number is the MCU account number linked to your ATM Debit or Check Card. For example, your checking account number is the number along the bottom of your checks or the number of any other linked accounts you have, such as savings (they appear on your statement). Your ATM Debit or Check Card is the ATM access card you received by mail after opening your account. If you have more than one card, in order to enroll, you must use the primary member's ATM card number. Your PIN (Personal ID Number) is the 4-digit code you use at the ATM. If you didn't receive your ATM Debit or Check Card or you do not know your PIN, call the MCU Contact Center at 212-693-4900.
